Exhibition of Preliminary Documentation Package under section 95A of the EPBC Act

Regrowth Kurri Kurri – Residential and Employment Rezoning

The following information relates to the assessment of preliminary documentation under section 95A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

This information relates to Regrowth Kurri Kurri – Residential and Employment Rezoning, located at Hart Road, Loxford, NSW.

McCloy Project Management proposes to develop approximately 270 ha of land near Hart Road, Loxford NSW for residential and employment purposes as part of the Regrowth Development.

The proposed action has been determined a controlled action requiring assessment under the EPBC Act. The controlling provisions under Part 3 of the Act are listed threatened species and communities (section 18 and 18A).

The draft Preliminary Documentation was placed on public exhibition from Friday 22 March to Monday 8 April 2024. No public submissions were received during this period, and the period for public comment is now closed.
